This new book by Jade publishing is both a generalist touristic guide offering an overview of the island by presenting the natural and human environment as well as various details of creole culture (beliefs, cooking, local trades) but also a guide for 29 different treks across the island allowing you to discover the different aspects of the place. The author of course went through all those walks to check possible problems and joys.
It measures 24 x 16.5 cm with a hard back, contains 70 pages and 509 pictures and is bilingual French/English. It is sold here at the same price as you woud pay it on the island (10,90€) and postage is 7.50€ for one book.
